Installing Printer's Plan on a Workstation
Computer
- STEP 1 - KNOW THE VERSION
NUMBER
You will find the version number of
Printer's Plan you are using in the
title bar of the Printer's Plan window.
- STEP 2 - DOWNLOAD THE SETUP
FILE(S)
Save the file(s) to the desktop of your
computer.
To Install Version 2012: Download both
of the following files:
- Microsoft
Libraries (5 MB) Required to run
Printer's Plan 2012.

Version 2012 (15 MB)
To Install Version 2011: Download both
of the following files:
- Microsoft
Libraries (4 MB) Required to run
Printer's Plan 2011.

Version 2011 (15 MB)
To Install Version 2010: Download both
of the following files:
- Microsoft
Libraries (4 MB) Required to run
Printer's Plan 2010.

Version 2010 (21 MB)
To Install Version 2008: Download both
of the following files:
- Microsoft
Libraries (4 MB) Required to run
Printer's Plan 2008.

Version 2008.04 (21 MB)
To Install 2007 or Earlier: Download
one of the following files:

Version 2007.04 (21 MB)

Version 2006.01 (21 MB)
- STEP 3 - INSTALL PRINTER'S
PLAN
Double-click the file you downloaded
to start the setup program. Follow the
instructions to install Printer's Plan
on your workstation(s).
- STEP 4 - START PRINTER'S
PLAN
After the installation, start Printer's
Plan on that computer. If this is the
first time you opened Printer's Plan
on that computer, a window will appear,
asking for the location of the Printer's
Plan database. Select the Plandata.mdb
file in the Printer's Plan folder on
your server.

Forms
Printouts may vary from printer to printer.
Please test the artwork on all your printers
before having your forms printed. To setup
top margin and fonts for Invoices and Statements:
In Printer's Plan, select Settings / Printing
/ Document Options.
