Technical Support Options:
- Annual Support: Our Annual Maintenance Program includes unlimited technical support and all Printer's Plan upgrades and updates for one year. We will automatically send you a reminder when your subscription to Annual Maintenance Program is due for
renewal.
NOTE: New Printer's Plan purchases include the Annual Maintenance Program.
- Per Call Support: We will charge you per incident.
Supported Versions:
- Printer's Plan for Windows: We support all versions.
- Printer's Plan for DOS/MAC: We have stopped supporting
all DOS/MAC versions. Please contact us to upgrade to the
Windows version.
Support Hours:
- We are open Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST.
We will be closed for the following holidays:
- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday)
- Christmas (December 24* and 25)
- New Year (December 31* and January 1)
