Technical Support Options:

  • Annual Support: Our Annual Maintenance Program includes unlimited technical support and all Printer's Plan upgrades and updates for one year. We will automatically send you a reminder when your subscription to Annual Maintenance Program is due for renewal.
    NOTE: New Printer's Plan purchases include the Annual Maintenance Program.
  • Per Call Support: We will charge you per incident.

Supported Versions:

  • Printer's Plan for Windows: We support all versions.
  • Printer's Plan for DOS/MAC: We have stopped supporting all DOS/MAC versions. Please contact us to upgrade to the Windows version.

Support Hours:

  • We are open Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST.

We will be closed for the following holidays:

  • Good Friday
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday)
  • Christmas (December 24* and 25)
  • New Year (December 31* and January 1)
