FLEXIBLE · COMPETITIVE · PROFITABLE PRICING

ATTENTION TO DETAILS
After you define the specs, Printer's Plan prices the job and lets you see the breakdown of pricing in a password protected window. In the Pricing Window, you can:
- edit the estimated quantity, unit cost, total cost, markup, and price of each service (line item.)
- experiment with "what if " conditions.
- override the price of a job by typing the desired price or profit percentage or profit amount.
- see the Direct (Out of Pocket) cost of labor and material of a job. This information is useful when your presses are idle.
HIGHLIGHTS
- set up your pricing system as "cost-plus", "market-based", or a combination of both.
- define as many services as you want. Printer's Plan comes with real data based on industry averages. You may use this data as it is or modify some parts or all of it.
- view your Price Book on screen. This feature makes most price quotes extremely fast and easy. You'll get an instant price list with definable quantity breaks.
- mark up each service in a job at different rates for different costs by using the variable Markup Table.
- mark up jobs at four different levels: Normal, Bid, Rush, and Special, depending on the customer, job type and how busy you are.
- assign a default up or down charge to specific customers.
- assign production standards and waste level to each paper.
- enter the cost of a paper at seven quantity-breaks.
- define your own waste table or use the built-in waste table.
- define a multi-document copy job, front and back covers, two-sided sheets, one-sided sheets, slip sheets, inserts, bindery, etc. - all on one screen.
- set up copy price grids using one of five copy pricing methods.
- price a copy job based on Copies per Original and/or Total Copies.
